Katalyx Method · AI Training

From “we watch AI from afar” to “we use it every day”, in 8 weeks. No theoretical course. No workshop just to tick a Qualiopi box.

Our AI training method rests on 4 steps: diagnose and calibrate use cases, design a role-by-role programme, run hands-on sessions with a final project deployed by every participant, then embed habits for 60 days after training. 80% practice. 20% theory. Qualiopi-certified. Fundable via OPCO, CPF, and FNE in France.

4 steps · 8 weeks · 80% hands-on

The insight behind our approach

Classic AI trainings fail. Not because AI is too hard — because they train in a vacuum.

Three recurring failure modes clients describe when we start a programme:

  • Too theoretical — participants hear about LLMs, transformers, fine-tuning. But they never practise on their real cases. Result: they leave informed, not equipped.
  • Too generic — the same course for sales, HR, and legal. No role-specific tools. Nobody recognises themselves in the examples.
  • No follow-through — you train, assess, move on. No embedding. Three months later, nobody is using it.

Our method exists to neutralise these three structural risks from the first brief.

80% hands-on. Role by role. Real project.

We train precise work gestures — not generic concepts.

Our conviction: you don’t learn AI by studying AI. You learn AI by using it on real cases. That’s why our method is radically practical: 80% of time in workshops, on the tools, on real cases brought by participants. Necessary theory (LLMs, prompts, hallucinations, GDPR) is woven into exercises — not delivered as a lecture.

  • Pillar 1 — Role by role: sales, marketing, HR, ops, legal, product. Each gets a dedicated track.
  • Pillar 2 — On real cases: every participant brings their own cases; we work them in the workshop.
  • Pillar 3 — Deployed final project: each participant ships an AI use case in their scope.
  • Pillar 4 — 60-day embedding: we track usage after the programme ends.
From diagnosis to embedding

One method. Four steps. Role by role.

1. Diagnosis & calibration1 weekIdentify target use cases by role, choose the format, validate the sponsor.Detailed programme and schedule approved.
2. Programme design2 weeksDesign the 6 role modules, adapt tools and examples, prepare materials.Tailored programme ready to deliver.
3. Delivery6 weeksKickoff + 6 modules + final project deployed by each participant + exec demo.Team trained, projects live, ROI measured.
4. Embedding60 days60 days of Slack, 2 one-to-one coaching sessions, usage measurement, ROI review, extension.Habits embedded, extension plan.
Step 1 / 4 · 1 week

Before any session runs, you’ll know what to train, for whom, on which real cases.

  • Workshop with the executive sponsor (CEO, business lead): align on goals, ambition, constraints.
  • AI maturity audit of participants via questionnaire (10 questions, 5 minutes).
  • Map priority use cases by role (30-min interviews with 3–5 participants).
  • Choose the right format: 2h workshop, 1–2 day session, or 8-week programme.
  • Choose tools to teach based on your internal stack (ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral, Notion AI, etc.).
  • OPCO / CPF / FNE validation (French funding schemes): we provide the required documents.
Step 2 / 4 · 2 weeks

You approve every module before the first session. No generic PowerPoint.

  • Design of the 6 role modules (1 module = 3 hours of delivery + materials).
  • Adaptation of tools, examples, and exercises to the client’s sector.
  • Written materials (workbook, tool sheets, cheat sheets) — never generic.
  • Tool setup for participants: ChatGPT/Claude accounts, GPT/Projects access, Slack/Teams integrations.
  • Coordination with OPCO if funded (programme + pricing + dates validation).
  • Brief for Katalyx trainers (if several deliver the programme).
Step 3 / 4 · 6 weeks

80% hands-on from hour one. No 45-minute slide deck intro.

  • Kickoff (2h): align participants/sponsor, set up tools, first live exercise.
  • Weeks 1–2: LLM fundamentals + personal toolkit (3h × 2). 80% practice on real cases.
  • Weeks 3–4: Role workshops #1 and #2 (3h × 2). On cases brought by participants.
  • Week 5: AI agents, automations, custom GPTs and Projects (3h).
  • Week 6: Advanced tools selected for your role (3h).
  • Weeks 7–8: Final project — each participant deploys an AI use case in their scope, with individual coaching.
  • Final demo to the executive committee (2h): each participant presents their case + results + measured ROI.
Step 4 / 4 · 60 days

When participants return to daily urgencies, you want the habits to stick. We make sure they do.

  • 60 days of Katalyx Slack access: participants ask questions; we reply within 24 business hours.
  • 2 one-to-one coaching sessions per participant (30 min each) over 60 days.
  • Usage measurement: standardised surveys at D+30 and D+60 (usage rate, hours saved, perceived quality).
  • ROI review at D+60: presentation to the sponsor with quantified data.
  • Extension recommendations: next use cases, next roles to train, next tools.

Who this method really works for

5 conditions to validate together before kickoff.

  • An executive sponsor (CEO, business lead, HR director) who confirms the programme is a priority.
  • At least 3 participants per cohort (otherwise, individual coaching is a better fit).
  • Time commitment from participants: 3h per week for 8 weeks (visible in their calendars).
  • Real use cases brought by participants (trainings “in a vacuum” fail).
  • OPCO validation closed before kickoff (otherwise start is postponed).

FAQ · AI Training Method

Eight questions HR directors ask.

Qualiopi, OPCO, practitioners, formats — the topics we cover before kickoff.

  • Are you really Qualiopi-certified?

Yes. Qualiopi certification obtained in 2024, renewed annually. Activity declaration number available on request. Next Qualiopi audit in 2026.

  • Do I need a technical background to attend?

No. No technical prerequisites. Our method is designed for non-tech profiles: sales, HR, legal, executives, marketers, ops. We adapt level and vocabulary to each cohort’s role.

  • Can you deliver remotely?

Yes — every format is available by video. We prefer hybrid (on-site kickoff at your offices, remote modules, on-site final project) to maximise engagement.

  • How many participants per cohort?

12 max for the 2h workshop. 8–15 for 1–2 day trainings. 5–15 for the 8-week programme (to guarantee individual coaching on the final project).

  • Can you adapt the content to our specific sector (industry, healthcare, legal, public)?

Yes, by default. That’s exactly what step 1 (diagnosis) is for. We have use-case libraries for: industry, B2B services, e-commerce, consulting, legal, healthcare, finance, and public sector.

  • Detailed pricing and formats?

2h workshop: €1,800 excl. VAT (12 participants max). Full day: €3,600 excl. VAT. 8-week programme: €9,000–€14,000 excl. VAT depending on headcount. Net prices. OPCO can cover 70–100%.

  • Are your trainers practitioners or theorists?

100% practitioners. Enguerrand Boulnois (founder) leads 60% of sessions. 3 associate Katalyx trainers, all with 10+ years of AI / data / product experience. No pure professional trainers without hands-on field experience.

  • How is this different from OpenAI Academy or similar?

Vendor trainings teach their tool (ChatGPT, Copilot). Ours teaches how to design AI usage in the enterprise, regardless of vendor. Your teams learn to choose, integrate, operate, and measure. Many clients take both — they’re complementary.
