Is my free meeting truly no-commitment?
Yes, completely. 30 minutes to qualify your need, with no obligation afterward. Nearly half of our first meetings don't lead to a paid project — and that's fine: we helped, refined our market understanding, and sometimes recommended a better-fit vendor.
How long before you get back to me?
Within 24 business hours as standard. Within 4 business hours if you call and leave a voicemail. If it's urgent, say so in your message.
Do you only work in Aix and Marseille?
No. All of France by video (about half our clients are outside the region). In person mainly in the South-East and Paris. For on-site work elsewhere: travel billed at cost.
Will my information be sold or shared?
Never. Stored only in our internal CRM (HubSpot, EU-hosted). No resale. You can request deletion anytime via enguerrand@katalyx.fr.
What if I just want to ask a question before booking a meeting?
Email enguerrand@katalyx.fr or send a LinkedIn DM. Reply within 24 hours, without switching into sales mode. Many prospects exchange 3–4 emails with us before the first meeting — that's normal.
