Transformation programme (8 weeks, €9,000–€14,000 excl. VAT)
For companies that want lasting change. Kickoff + 6 modules + final project + coaching. By the end, 100% of participants are active AI users, each having deployed their own use case.

What’s the difference between your training and an AI course from OpenAI or Microsoft?
Vendor trainings teach their own tool (ChatGPT, Copilot). Our training teaches how to design AI agents, regardless of vendor. Your teams learn to choose, integrate, operate, and measure. It’s complementary — and strategically superior.
Do I need a technical background to attend?
No. All our AI Agent formats are accessible to non-technical profiles. We have trained lawyers, HR professionals, accountants, and owners of industrial SMEs. Mastery comes from practice, not an engineering degree.
Can you deliver training remotely?
Yes, for every format. On-site or remote — your choice. A hybrid setup also works: on-site kickoff + remote modules + on-site final project.
How many participants per session?
12 people max for the 2h workshop. 8 to 15 for the 1–2 day trainings. 5 to 15 for the 8-week programme (to guarantee individual follow-up on the final project).
Can you tailor the content to our industry?
Yes, by default. That is exactly what our kickoff is for: choosing the use cases and stack suited to your business. We already have use-case libraries built for B2B services, e-commerce, industry, consulting, legal, and healthcare.
Who are your trainers?
Enguerrand Boulnois (Katalyx founder) leads most sessions. For larger programmes, he is supported by 3 associate Katalyx trainers, all practitioners with 10+ years of AI / digital experience — not theoretical professional trainers.
