Step 1 — the technical audit
A 30-minute conversation to understand your real need, your existing stack if you have one, and your timeline and budget constraints. It is also when we tell you frankly if we are not the right partner for your project.
Step 2 — scoping
A precise functional scope, written down, with a firm quote. Nothing starts technically until that scope is validated on both sides.
Step 3 — the sprints
Development moves in two-week sprints, each ending with a demo. You see the project grow continuously — never locked in a black box for three months.
Step 4 — handover
Code, technical documentation, and intellectual property are fully transferred to you. You can take over in-house or hand maintenance to whoever you want — including Katalyx if you prefer.
